A Season of Giving

This Month of Giving we are just so incredibly grateful for the support of our community of donors. Our goal for this fiscal year was to raise $35,000 towards our Sponsorship Fund, and we already have received $22,860. This is such a blessing and will help so many families attend camp this summer.

Last summer we sponsored 80 campers, and this year we predict that demand will be matched, if not higher. This month, we’re looking to raise $12,000 to complete our yearly goal, but our bigger wish is that no camper is denied a camp experience due to funds. All donations to our Sponsorship Fund go directly towards giving children and youth a camp experience. If you’re willing and able, please consider donating this month.

Donations can be made with credit card on our donation page, by e-transfers to campnakamun@gmail.com (please write it the notes that it is a donation), or by cash or cheque. All donations above $20 are eligible for a tax receipt. Your generosity helps us keep Camp Nakamun a place for connection, growth, and memories as people encounter God, enrich relationships, and experience creation here.

You can find a list of our completed, in progress, and other approved projects on our new Projects Page! All donations made to our Capital Fund will go towards completing these projects which range from resurfacing the climbing wall to replacing carpet and many things in between!
